Finance Manager Role and Requirements

· Work directly with customers to present and / or recommend financing options and insurance opportunities, extended warranties, aftermarket products & accessories, service contracts, and other Toyota products for customers

· Search for most competitive rate for customers and their financing needs

· Process applications for vehicle financing and follow up for approvals

· Maintain strong relationships with Lenders

· Ensures all necessary documentation is completed for each deal submitted

· Utilization of Menu selling and e-contracting (100%)

· Be knowledgeable of and ensure Compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations

· Attains gross product and financial services goals monthly

· Maintain the highest ethical standards serving as a finance manager with staff members, customers, and to the CSI score at or above Company Standards

· Utilizes the DARWIN menu selling process

· Utilization of DEALERTRACK for company CRM system.

Additional Role requirements

· Minimum of (2) years of experience at a TOYOTA DEALERSHIP in a Finance Manager role

· DEALERTRACK – 2 Years experience required

· Darwin – Experience preferred

· RouteOne – Experience preferred

· DLRDMV – Experience preferred

· Ability to sell a minimum quota according to Dealership Standards

· Must be able to work Monday through Friday, weekends, and some Holidays.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
